Welcome to Patriot Trek. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of patriottrek.com (the "Site") and your purchases from us. In these Terms, "Patriot Trek," "we," "us," and "our" mean Patriot Trek, 2215 Avalon Drive, Las Cruces, NM 88005, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND YOUR ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. Information you give us (name, email, billing and shipping details) must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.
3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Nearly all products are printed on demand by our production partners after you order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed item. Product images are illustrative. Please review sizing information before ordering.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and supported wallets. We may cancel an order if a pricing or listing error occurs and will refund you in full.
5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.
6. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Signing up for email or text messages may earn a discount as described at signup.
7. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES
If you opt in, you agree to receive marketing emails and text messages from Patriot Trek. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to text messages or use the unsubscribe link in emails at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including designs, artwork, text, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Patriot Trek and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email us at jrv@shopjrv.com with details and we will review promptly.
9. CUSTOM AND UNIT ORDERS
Custom designs and unit store orders are made to order and are subject to approval of the design proof. Custom items cannot be returned except for defects or errors on our part.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape the Site, or interfere with its operation.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment, fulfillment, and delivery. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites we link to.
12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Trek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, unless applicable law says otherwise.
14. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
