Return and Refund Policy

 

Patriot Trek is a veteran-owned business. Nearly everything we sell is made to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference. Please check the size chart and product details before you order.

 

We will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered.

 

How to request a replacement or refund: Email us at jrv@shopjrv.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We respond within 1 to 2 business days. You do not need to return the item unless we ask you to; if we do, we will provide instructions and a prepaid label.

 

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Order changes and cancellations: Because production starts quickly, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email us right away at jrv@shopjrv.com.

 

Lost or delayed packages: See our Shipping Policy. Contact us if your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days.
