Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Patriot Trek. Our products are printed on demand and shipped by our production partners, so each order is made fresh after you place it. We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Processing (production) time: 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons and holidays it can take a little longer.

 

Shipping time (USA): 3 to 5 business days after your order leaves production. Most orders arrive in about 5 to 10 business days from the date you order. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

 

Shipping cost: Standard Shipping is a flat $5.99 on most items, and orders over $35 ship free. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking: When your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.

 

Lost, delayed or damaged packages: Contact us at jrv@shopjrv.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and a photo if the item is damaged). We will work with our production partner to send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
